Yes, I am 44 and pregnant (1st time). It has been very smooth and uneventful so far. I am at 15 weeks, and scheduled to see a high risk physician next week for genetic counselling and amnio [amniocentesis] . We were not trying to get pregnant, so were quite surprised when my Gyn [gynecologist] told me I was not missing periods due to onset of menopause. Good Luck!
